More Professional Clans

I think the game has got to a point where clans are big business, I think clans should be able to be organised better and have a lot more info and stats on them e.g..

- a tab for rules
- a tab for stats, like results of last trophy push, and highest rank etc.
- possibly a forum, or a page to vote on ideas for the clan

OR

a permanent link to the clan site, Facebook page etc. that doesnt take up room in clan info and every clan has a slot for it.

Idea is good.

We need more space for rules and the front message for welcoming.
Stats I don't mind much but not bad, and I think clan chat is like a forum. Maybe the leader or elder can call up a vote or something.

The only thing is, hopefully this won't take up too much memory/server space/idk or something like that.
