Making a fresh clan with a new feel
So I've been looking for a clan for a while now with my friends Sciencerv (Founder of Atomrush) and Kartik. We went to alot of clans where they weren't active. We've been to clans with a really good warlog but in terms of activity, it's not the way to go. It's ok when a donation is pending for half an hour but for 1h or 2h it's really irritating to everyone. And i see clans with Discord but it's really empty and in-game clan chat is empty too. I know everyone has a life and all but if we make an International clan with different Timezones the chat can remain alive with 1 message every hour atleast. We want to make a War-focused clan with a good warlog and we don't really have a Townhall requirement as long as it's not rushed. We don't want a donation ratio or requirement to pressurize our clanmates to donate but they must be responsible enough to donate what they can, we don't want people who don't contribute to the clan.
For Elder and Co:- Elders will be given to people who keep the chat alive and generally help others no other requirement is needed for this. Co-leader will be given to really trustworthy and responsible members of the clan.
Age requirement:- We want to make a clan with people ranging from Teens to Adults. Age is not really an issue but they must be mature and not create Drama in the clan. That is the first and foremost reason why clans break apart. We don't want people who can't take jokes. No form of Nudity or anything referring to them though. Swearing is allowed to an extent, we don't want people to swear in every single sentence they speak.
Townhall requirement:- Everyone will be given a chance ranging from Townhall 1 to 11 as long as they are not rushed and willing to learn more.
Wars: Since we want to make a war-focused clan, war is mandatory for all. Members can opt-out when their heroes are on upgrade but we don't want any hindrance in wars because everyone has opted-out. Farmers can stay out. We don't want three stars in every attack but what we want is reliable attackers who attack on time and not at the last minute and discuss their attacks to avoid any mistakes in an attack. We don't allow rushed or engineered bases in the clan. Discord is used for war-planning and war calling through wmbot.
We also realize that there are times when, real life things become an issue so for that; we allow people to opt-out and even if they are not able to attack in war, we don't boot because real life comes first. Just tell the leader or a co-leader and you are good to go.
Planning on Itunes is done through Skitch and on android it's done through Ashampoo
Social:- We want people who are social, and we use Discord for everything including recruiting to war planning to sharing memes and in general, getting to know each other.

We will start a clan recruitment page once we get 10 members sufficient enough to start a war. There will also be voting for deciding the clan name. The clan will be International with no discrimination. The only rule for this is that they must be fluent in english so we can communicate.
We crushed this engineered clan in under an hour :) Their no.1 couldn't even get 1 star on our top bases.
