Clash of clans - clan war system - must read - need your opinion!!!

I would like to present you my idea of a "Clan War System".
So here we go:
1) First of all there should be two Clans who want to fight against each other. The Clan Leader send now a Clan War Request to the enemy Clan.
2) The Clan Leader of the second Clan can now accept the Request or not.
3) When he accepts the Invitation the Clan War starts.
4) The Clan War is 3 days long.
4.1] Day 1. is for Preparing/Meeting of all Members, so the whole clan has a chance to make a Strategy or to build up their Bases.
4.2] Day 2-3 is the Battle Time, in this 2 days both of the clans have the chance to attack the other one.
4.3] The War ends after the 3rd day. If someone forgot to attack... Well the attack doesnt count for this Clan War.
5) Every Player can choose between a "normal" Match and a "Clan War" Match.
Every Player can be attacked normaly and defend as usual.
6) back to the War:
6.1] Every Player of each Clan has 1 Attack and 1 Defense.
6.2] If he attacks he can get max. a 3 Star.
6.3] If he defense he can get max. a 1 Star.
6.4] But what if a 50. Players Clan wants to fight against a 45. one?
Well... in this War are only 45 Attacks allowed. so 5 Guys of the Attack Clan cant attack.
6.5] In this situation, they can speak to each other and discuss who attacks and who not. (TEAMPLAY!!!)
6.6] The better or higher upgraded guys will attack first, because they can get an easy 3. Star as a lower lvl.
7) CLAN:
A Clan war is only for a Clan with 15 or more Players.
7.1] Max. 150 Stars for each Clan War (50 Players x 3 Star = 150)
7.2] The Clan who has the most Stars at the End of the 4 Days wins the War.
7.3] When a Clan wins they get GEMS:
At 50 Members the Clan gets 12500 gems so each Player gets 250.
At 40 Members the Clan gets 10000 gems so each Player gets 200.
At 30 Members the Clan gets 7500 gems so each Player gets 150.
At 20 Members the Clan gets 5000 gems so each Player gets 100.
At 15 Members the Clan gets 2500 gems so each Player gets 50.
If there is a draw each Clan gets 6250 gems so each Player gets 125.
8) Clan War Stats:
There should be a Ranking (Stats) for Clan Wars.
Stars are counted the
1. ranked gets 20000 gems = each player 400 gems
2. ranked gets 10000 gems = each player 200 gems
3. ranked gets 6000 gems = each player 120 gems
Time: The same as normaly for "THE BEST CLAN"
9) Random Stuff (OPTION):
After the first weeks/months of the Clan War it would be possible to add some special thinks to it... So maybe Units and spells which are only allowed in this Clan War.

I hope you guys give the people who have very nice and helpful ideas for example some gems or max there gold/ele or something like that to reward the work.
