I have everything maxed at Townhall 9 including walls and I kinda want to hit that upgrade button.
For TH10:
Done 99% of TH9.
New toys
More troops
Higher Level troops
For TH9:
Cool to have it maxed
Easier to farm what little I need
I'm not doing any level 11 walls
Am I ready for TH10? Unmaxed: 2xTesla Level 4, 2xTesla Level 5, 1xDark Barracks Level 3

Might as go for it, you will farm the tessla gold in the two weeks the tessla takes
Either pull the trigger or max heroes in TH9, there is nothing else left for you :p
I'd do those teslas and use the extra builder to get AQ up a couple or so levels up.
Either way you're good to go up. I see so many ♥♥♥♥astic th10's with pink walls its silly at this point not to go up.
