Tell me the best war winning strategy for th8

I have pekka unlocked and I am new in th8

Mostly gohope can get 3*, but on some bases other strategies are safer. For example govaloon, godrag, Pekka walk, cb gohog, mass hog, mass loon, hgh or something else.

My bread and butter at th8 is drag loon, 8 of each with three rage and cc loons. Very few th 8 bases i can't three star with that.

Level 1 pekkas are not as powerful as lvl 3 , i would suggest you to upgrade your dragons to level 3 , your lightning to lvl 5 and using 10 Dragons , 2 Lightning , 1 eq ( cc ) and 1 rage [Loons in cc]

if hogs lvl4 they are very strong + 5 hogs in cc / 4 bowlers

I think on anti 3* Bases other strategies are mostly better.

First hit 3* is not always guaranteed. You can improve your chances by being able to flexibly use other strategies as well.

Just now I am unlocked valk and golem

Also wizz ,Geints and loons are on level 5 and 2 days for Drg
