It isn't in this case, the MM is telling you all you need to know. Staff won't step in just because you won't listen, no matter how hard you stamp your foot.



ETA - from the FAQ SC should have written -

FAQ 18. Why is it taking forever for my clan to find a match?
They are several reasons that your clan could be experiencing an extended search time. The fist is simply that you are searching with a very uncommon roster (may be unintended).
The second is your roster is intentionally engineered to a point that there are also no suitable matches for your clan. This can be caused by excessive bottom end loading (including an excessive amount of th6's 5's or 3's at the bottom of your roster) or including very exotic (Engineered) accounts in your roster (i.e. high offense low defense accounts or other unnatural builds).
Consider adding or removing accounts to change the size of war your are searching for potentially giving you a more common line up. Remove any excessive amount of low fillers at the bottom of your roster. Exclude any exotic or unnatural accounts from your roster when you search.

Base #1 - maxed all point defenses to th11 levels and all walls are 100% done; all hidden defenses done. ALL splash and heavy items are missing or really low... Uh... I don’t know man. If base #2 is gonna actually, like, let me be able to war... and base #1 means I’m here starting threads that consist of “Day 79 of my hostage situation... war still not found...” I might have to actually consider base #2.

If building your base and clan for “success” means you aren’t going to be able to use it, how successful are you really?

Im honestly surprised blombardo cannot find a match. I was worried we were going to hit a 5 or 6 hour search in CWSF, but it was 35 minutes. And, apparently there is a clan that was a good match for us.......according to the MMA anyways. We will be burning 30/30 th9 hits on th3 one cannon wonders though.....

0 fun for the first hit though....except making videos for crush em roast em.

...which should tell you ALL you need to know about the kind of clan blombardo is trying to offer the matchmaker...

Isn't martians a engineer clan too? How r they gettin matches n blom doesnt? Shrug

Makes me Wonder if your roster is beyond potentially matching, they like toss you in a corner with a specific huge range, then when another potentially un-matchable clan joins they match you.....though that would mean blombardo's clan was put on a shelf....Maybe our roster isn't as crazy as I thought it would be. I wouldn't of expected a clan running 3 max th11's up top and 7 once cannon th3's at the bottom would match either. /shrug

We have about 300 players with multiple accounts spread out over various clans that enjoy the game that way and who would quit before they play differently. The current MM is providing unwinnable wars to normal clans- just like the old one did... but at least under the old MM smart players who went for higher offense could counter the bad matching and still have a shot at winning / or getting a tie. Now your just thrown to the wolves with wars that are impossible to win and no recourse is available to give yourself some type of a shot.





... Your advice is suicide... no thanks. One must upgrade properly - doing light weight defenses first. an account that throws down heavy defenses like infernos and eagles will not defend - will increase your weight and bring you harder wars that you cant win - it may be smart advice for a FARM WAR player wanting more loot every war - but if you want to be in a light weight war clan -- you dont gain weight like that... ever... no you have to max all the hidden items, cannons and archers - air defenses - teslas - all the point defenses -- then some splash - then after every last possible thing has been done you finally add xbows, Personally I never intend to buy infernos or eagles on any account; ever... I have no interest in using infernos or eagles; Not interested... no thanks; I like th9 / 10 below wars... Most of our accounts have th5 or 6 style mini bases (with some th11 defense) with max 11 offense - so thats a lot of upgrades that need done to come into line; our bases were ideal for the old system... or at least were a few months from being ideal... we had many permanent bases that would defend vs mirror and attack above mirror (and multiple shots at enemy #1 every war) it was truly ideal.

and I'm not going to ruin my accounts that I worked so hard on.. no I'd rather they collect dust forever as I find a new game... I'll upgrade them smart - properly - based on my knowledge of what is the most bang for the buck in weight... Then if we eventually decide to recruit a bunch of maxer players - 10 or 20 truly max 11's on top - we can use our 30 or so light weight minis on bottom... I still get th9 mirrors with my th8.11 accounts in the farm war clans - so I'm sure I can achieve that in real wars... if we stack the top with tons of heavies... we're just not interested in heavy wars... we want light wars - with two th10's on top at the most. zero 11's... mostly th9 below... thats why we keep th8 weight with th11 offense that pushes us up into a th9 penalty to give us th9 enemies... of course the last couple updates tried to make that a th10 penalty in some cases even a th11 penalty vs our th8/9 ish things...

I have upgraded all my defenses on all my accounts non stop for the past 6 months actually - every last account I own has all builders moving / well.. at least as many as I can farm up on a rotating basis... these past 20 days I've added zero defenses but have been maxing all that I have...

I don’t understand. If you have the offense to take out xbows, infernos and / or eagles then why would it be suicide?!?

Just a wild guess, but I don't imagine the fridge will be with us very long.
