The Splintered Cell is an adult clan that partakes in back to back wars. As of right now, we have 337 wins, 87 losses, and 4 draws, adding up to a total of 428 wars. However, our golden win-loss ratio did not just spew out of the ground like elixir did; rather, it was achieved through an effective war system. But, our rules are quite easy to get used to when you see them in action. Just take part in, or watch, a few wars and soon you'll be teaching other newcomers what it means to be part of the Splintered Cell.
