as an example, with the wheating bots - when the GIRL'S FARM bots were running amok, i would wait until i had found about 20-30 of them, explain the identifying features, and provide all the screen shots together in one report. it's pretty convincing when there's 20-30 nearly identical farms with identifiable features and behaviors.
in the case of the buyer bots, if i had one raiding my rss, i would probably put up a bem, sccreenshot if bought, put up another item at a set price like 100 coins, screen shot coin difference with a time on a machine, put up a bem, repeat cycle a few times. it's hard to necessarily prove time except times in RSS but i'd do something like that and seek feedback. multiple instances of the same event help build credibility for the support people to pass on to those that actually look into such things.
also keep that in mind, the support people aren't the ones that look into it, so they're not able to or authorized to provide full info
