master league farming

the top guy in my a clan,a guy with maxed out th10 base,is currently farming in master league(1 and 2),I believe for de,possibly for some gold, for his walls.

I started thinking about this, and it seems a solid method for farming. he uses lvl 5 hogs, and numerous spells, but the results are excellent.

he gets 200k ea gold and elixir raids every single time, without fail.he can probably search for someone with 300k ea. he gets 2k+ de as well most of the time. then there the loot bonus, which is (correct me if im wrong) 100kea gold and lixir,and ?450?de.

altogether well say an average of 350k ea and 2k de per raid. this is automatic, every time he attacks.

now he uses 3 heals all attacks and sometimes a lightning. once in a while a rage or a fourth heal.

the heals cost 72k gold,the hogs cost I believe 2k de(their 50 ea at lvl 5 no?)so ull break even with de maybe make a little,and gain 275k gold per attack.


if you need elixir as well,this would be twice as good,because ur spending no elixir.if done right you can probably make ven more gold per attack and gain a decent amount of de too.

p.s. alternatively you can drop down and farm with less hogs and spells,and search specifically for de.

Yep, it's looking like a very nice range. My balloons just can't wait to tear some master league bases up. :o

Hogs... too expensive for my tastes, but I could see that for elixir farming (although not many people do that).

I really like the sound of this idea. Never thought about it before, but loot bonuses are huge up there and so is loot.

You are assuming:
a) winning every battle for the bonus
b) getting every bit of resource available

Both are not easy and guaranteed over 2,600.

Here are some thoughts. Once you reach Masters III you'll notice that:

• 95% of bases are TH10
• 60 to 70% of them are fully maxed (all have working infernos)
• 99% of them are active
• You will lose the majority of defence attacks
• At certain parts of the day you can't go 5 minutes offline without being attacked (resulting in large resource losses)
• It can occasionally take a while to find a good base (costs a lot of gold)

If you're thinking of farming then you'll need an army with a build time around 30 to 35 minutes otherwise it's too long in my opinion. Very few 35 minute armies can do serious damage on a maxed TH10, so it's doubtful to get all the loot.

What TH level / experience are you? Anyway, just give it a go and see if it works for you. Try and get your clan mate to share their attacks with you so you can see and learn.

Oh, and do it quick because once the Spell Boost period is over I doubt we'll see so many people Hogging with 5 spells each time.

i have found some huge battles in masters league also

Without the spell boost, this is really hard to do all day. You will get bored to wait for your spells to cook.

I'm sure you can farm more gold, without spell, in the crystal league than hoping to find base with 2k DE for your hogs army

And you won't make much DE this way. So unless you got a level 30 BK and level 31 AQ, this is not the way to improve your heros ;-)

in master 3 and have just started farming for walls. Agree with a few comemnts cant farm for de using my hogs. elixir is easy but most people have maxed all elixir projects anyway. I am th9 farming with hogs and dumping all into walls so cant lose resource. I think this will be a very quick way to farm for walls.

I dont think the top guy is farming there because he thinks it is the best spot. He's just enjoying the game.

There's no advange up there except loot bonus.

Everyone in ML can farm G and DE much more successfully in CL with no doubt.

hogs...they don't loose. we are assuming the farmer is NOT an unbaked potato and knows how to win with hogs.and you wont need to search for a base that "you can win",u can beat em all.

the problem of being attacked a lot is a problem,but you can try making a setup,PURELY for gold and maybe de defence,no th.

never thought of using balloon(ions?).when I pushed with baloonions I only got to crystal 1,can they survive in master 2 and 3?if they do,theyd be an awesome alternative for the de expensive hogs.
