sir my account is banned parmantely due to breack of supercell terms od service section 1.1......sir i have read all the terms and service but i have never buy or sell my account to any one....just i give it to my brother.....sorry if i have done pardon.....please i beg you open my account....its approcemately 3 year struggle and now my account is banned.....please open it its a request.....waiting for your precious reply thankyou.
Bans are usually not reversible. If you have you account to your brother then you broke the terms of service. This deserves a ban. Before you start playing again, read the terms of service and try not to break any rules.
any way to open it again becouse i spend 3 years on it now im very dissappointed

No. There is no chance. When you break rules there are consequences. If you feel you were unjustly banned then you can try contacting support. But I seriously doubt that they will un ban you.
According to the ToS, accounts are non-transferrable. What you did is indeed a violation of the ToS.
