How good should you be at lvl 60

How good should you be at lvl 60?
what lvl th,
what lvl defences, troops, walls etc.

TH 7, lvl 6-7 walls (maybe lvl 5). Far in maxing defences for TH 7. Most troops maxed as well

Yes, this is for semi-upgraded collectors...

After looking back through some old photos, as you can see, I was basically maxed th7 at level 53, so I'd say you should be a fresh th8 at level 60.

Depends totally on how much you play and donate.
My lvl 82 account is a fairly well upgraded th9, and my friend is maxing th8. I did not totally max th8, but I did a pretty good job. Depends on how much you play, and if you ever went away from the game for a few months like I did.

I'm a maxed town hall 7 at level 65

Level is a direct reflection of your upgrades so if you are level 50 (or whatever) that means that you have enough upgrades to b level 50 and not 49 or 51

maybe like TH7 or TH8
like lvl 8 or 9 cannons/AT; lvl 4 or 5 AD; lvl 5 or 6 mortar; lvl 4-6 wiz towers; lvl 1-3 teslas; no x-bows or ITs
lvl 6-8 walls
lvl 4 or 5 troops up to wizzies; lvl 1-3 tier 3 troops and DE troops

you cant call that maxed. all u got maxed is the lab, CC, storages, maybe troops, army camps, and the defenses except for ADs.u don't even have drags! you can call me maxed, I had everything a TH7 could get other than statue of pekka(but that doesn't really count)
