When to upgrade to TH7

When to upgrade to TH7

Hi guys, I am currently TH6 and have 1300 trophies and was wondering when a good time is to upgrade to level 7. I have upgraded all my troops, spell factory, spells, army camps and two of my barracks to maximum and all my walls are maxed for my level. I have one level to go on my archer towers and I have a level one and a level two wizard tower, both my mortars have one level to upgrade and my air defence is level 2. So attack wise I can't get any better and my walls are maxed but my defensive towers need a few upgrades which I could do a few during the 6 days the TH takes to build. My base is starting to get smashed at this level where as throughout the 1100s I was winning every defence and have a good base set up and I think the extra stuff from TH7 is needed to move forward.

what do you think? Is it ok to upgrade now or should I finish upgrading every last thing before going for it?

Depends on what your goal is. If it's not to get smashed, going to th7 won't help that. I prefer to enjoy each townhall to its fullest, so I say continue maxing out your base and enjoy the loot you can still get from th5s and 6s.

Before town hall 7 it doesnt matter that much as long as you max your farming troops and splash damages.

Ok, I, well I should be able to upgrade my splash damage defenses in the 6 days it takes to upgrade to TH7.

I debated this when i was at town hall 6, i decided to go straight for town hall 7 and my base was less upgraded than yourselfs. The loot is great at th 7 just dont move until th 8 until you have fully maxed out. I didn't regret going to th7 early and i greatly enjoyed it.

That's it then. Gonna produce shed loads of goblins and do some quick gold farming to get the cash and then start the upgrade.
