High level farming

Recently I've been checking out Cloud Whisky from Azure Sky (player with highest gold raided total to my knowledge) and I've seen him using balloonion and bam. While checking out other high level people I noticed them also using balloonion and getting great loot at TH9. For me as a TH9 what would be a good amount of balloons and minions (troop capacity 220) and what cup level? Cloud Whisky has been around 1500-1600 and farms millions a day. I've tried that range and can't imagine how he does it. Anyways thanks for the help if you've got it!

It's because cloud whiskey doesn't seem to have anything better to do, and so he spends his life doing 60-70 attacks a day.

Maybe but I've seen him make millions give or take in relatively short periods of time
