Shadow of War needs LEADER level 9 clan

I inherited a level 9 clan from a friend who quit playing. I WILL NEVER GIVE ANYBODY THE ROLE LEADER. I am looking for somebody to earn co-leader and be seen as the authority figure by all clanmates. I am looking for a co-leader I can take orders from. Somebody to build the clan and run it how they see fit.
Looking to maintain a chill environment. War will be taken seriously by those who want to war, and those who chill but add value to clan won't be required to war all the time. #QV28YQQY

To the salty A-holes that keep commenting on this thread: The only difference between leader and co-leader is the ability to kick a co-leader. Every good person who has given leader away in the history of clash of clans has been booted from their own clan. If you want the leader title that bad it just means you want to kick me out of my own clan, and I'm not into that. Or it means you have ego issues. I want you to run the store for me, but I'm not about to sign the deed over to you until I retire.

Daily Bump - Surprised I've gotten as much resistance as I have. Most of the top clans I've been in had a power structure of a leader who deferred to the co-leader on just about everything. It also helps spot new members who are just sucking up to the leader.

So you want someone to run the clan for you, but you want to keep the leader title? That sounds incredibly lazy and selfish.

Either you are up to the responsibilities of being a clan leader or you are not. If you are not, you should consider stepping aside for someone else who is up for the challenges.

You can't have your cake and eat it too.

What is the difference between coleader and leader? The ability to kick a co-leader out.

I argue that if you want the ability to kick ME out YOU are the selfish one. I donate 8000 troops minimum every season, recruit, and fill war castles. Who is selfish? The lazy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who clicked the thread title thinking he would get a free clan to sell on eBay and is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off that is not the case.

When requesting to join please do not ask for a promotion. Yes most my members suck but my elders are trained well to kick anybody asking for an unearned promotion.

Bump - Found a good candidate but still accepting applications. The current candidate will have to earn elder and then war for a bit to become co-leader.
