IOS to Android

Dear Supercell,

I have a small bug because I've worked a lot on my clash of clans account and my IOS device Is starting to break down. So my question is how can I transfer my IOS account to Android. thank u for your time reading this and hope to hear from you soon. It would be really nice if u help me fix this problem.
