Let me know if the below instructions help.
1) go to tiny pic.com
2) click on choose file
3) choose the option "existing pic" this will take you to your saved images
4) choose the image you want to post
5) go down to the resize drop down and choose message boards
6) click upload now
7) there may be an ad that prompts you to enter a phrase, enter it in the "your answer" area and click upload
8) you will see a page similar to the image below
9) click on the second option (IMG code for forum and message boards) hold down until you see select all option, select the full link, copy and then paste that link into your message.
