5 builders is a must then I'd say boost de drills good option for heros and maybe speed up barracks for raids
There ya go
Your base got really much left to do...u should farm a little instead of using those gems.
But rekommendations:
Get all builders.
Drills to lvl4
Mortars to max
Wiz to 6
Max out Collectors
Max Out camps
Upgrade you elixir troops; barbs, archers, giants to lv5.
Upgrade dark troops, Minions.
That should get you started.
Need more opinions!
First, get the fifth builder. Then do some troop upgrades, then splash.
Spend it slowly but spend it all on air D and teslas, you will thank me later. They are to weak for TH 9

you just wasted $100. at your stage farming gold/elixir is pretty much easy. learn how to farm efficiently and save those gems for th9/10 you'll need them much more there when the wait time per upgrade is 2 weeks ;)
