i take it you had no password set on the iPad and you have tried to use Find My iPad.
If you have not tried Find my iPad you should as that does have the ability to lock or wipe it but it has its limitations. If your lost iPad was ios7 then the Find my iPad needs your password to turn off this.
why they not make the game with user name and password :/

Twister has answered your posts and while I understand you are not happy the problem has arisen due to you entering your private details on an account you don't own. Your ID and password is for your device only, never accept anything from anyone.
It could be a case of starting fresh and if you do keep to your devices only and never share any private information with anyone.
