Tips On How to Farm at TH10

hi guys/gals

I just turned th10 1 day ago and I've been having difficulty time finding loots at 1650-1700 trophy range. My current army composition is 16 wbs 12 giants 60 barbs and 68 archers
My net average loot after cost for searching targets and building troops each battle is around 70k gold and 60k elixir.
My questions are:
Is this normal loot for th10? If not, what is the best trophy range that you recommend me to be in and troop compositions?
My goal is to minimize elixir usage so I can upgrade units in my lab.
My Troops level:
Barbs lvl 6
archers lvl 6
Giants lvl 6
WB lvl 5
Minions lvl 1
hog riders lvl 1

If you want to farm, go to Cristal 3 and search an inactive base (usually you'll find TH9 or 10)

(f)Army composition:
114 barbs (lv6)
50 archers (lv6)
40 gobs (lv5)
8 wallbreakers (lv6)
10 minions (lv4)

Elixir cost (approx): 65k to train it + 90 dark

But, if you want a good loot, go to cristal.

goto higher league to get more loot with good league bones.(crystal 3 or 2)

You get money by raiding people - Good Tip, and over 5000 money's in one raid? That's awesome.

You need to go in the range of 1900-2600

I'm starting to become a pro at this. Anyway to be on topic like the others said crystal 3 is probably the best right now for th10. Maybe after 4 months or so loot will get better in gold for th10.

Crystal 2 is better, there are too many Th8's at Crystal 3 and there are still BAG or BAM raidable TH9 and TH10's around that trophy level.

Town Hall 10 is still pretty easy for me to farm at, just focus on big profit like let's say your total spell cost is 50k and you find a 150k battle, 100k profit right there! or 100k without using spells for 100k profit. Just focus on profiting here. I manage very well and get over 3 million a day in town hall 10. Take care!

At 1650-1700+ I found the best time to raid was when everyone wis sleeping 2-5am but it wasn't still profitable.

I second this. I've been farming down in gold leagues ( gold leage I, 1700-1900 cups). It got dry. Now at C2, Im finding some dead bases, and Im loving it.

How good/farmable are the bases up there? Loot wise?

I've been at 2100-2200 for the better part of a week now and it has been alright but not great. There are reasonably raidable 200-300k bases available though, so its definitely better than Gold II where I was scraping together piddly 60-80k collector raids that took 40k in search costs to find. I'm not finding any collector bases in Crystal though, probably just unlucky.

Go higher in cups, crystal 2 seems good for me atm.
