So, recently I got my 4th builders hut. Atm, I am a town hall 7.
Is it a better idea to invest in the 5th hut? or
Should I just speed up some upgrades.

If possible definitely get that 5th builder, it will speed things up considerably.

5th builder, helps in the long run.
If you're gonna quit playing coc in the next week or two, then no need to get builder, but if you're planning on sticking around, get the 5th builder.
Get the buildit will speed things up faster then any amount of gems.

Yeah I'd say 5th Builder will help you get more done in lesser time than most , if ur gonna buy gems use them to finish upgrades rather than start them as loot at Th7 is very good.
I'm gonna disagree with everyone, and say get that 5th builder! :rolleyes:
It's the obvious choice. It will always help you have one more project going, so 20% more productivity (am i right there?) And its permanent, most things bought with gems are not.
5th Builder, hands down, no questions asked.

After you get the 5th builder can I suggest that if you gem anything for saving days of waiting that you do so in your laboratory....with 5 builders the lab is the slowest thing to max out...particularly at TH8... So maybe save some gems for that. In hindsight I would have done that for sure at TH8 considering all the time you will spend sitting with full elixir storages.
