TH 5 base design

It's nice, thanks. But wouldn't it be bad since none of your cannons are protected?

I don't really know. No one has ever 3-starred me with this base, but it's probably because I was in the wrong trophy range.
People say base design doesn't really matter 'till TH7, so you don't really have to worry.
And with only like 100 walls, it's hard to protect all your defenses.
Also, it irritates me when my base isn't symmetrical, so yeah.
People say AD doesn't really matter at that level, and it's almost impossible to make your CC unlurable without having a good base design at TH5, so you can probably switch those two out for point defenses. And if elixir doesn't really matter to you, then you can switch that out too.

Thanks and, what's a good all around army composition that I should use? I have tried the barb and Archer combo but I always end up losing with barely any resources at all.

What trophy range are you in? Maybe you're just fighting the wrong opponents.

This was mine. I liked it; depending on how high you go, won't stop the 3 stars. Started seeing giant/healer combo's in this range so that usually won against me if they used a heal spell and wb's to take out the lone AD.

The splash towers so close to the edge and right by each other seem risky...
