Not unless you are there by the time the derby starts.

I am actually just struggling with whether to participate in this one or not. I have Rose hired and will have to suspend her collection efforts until I finish the tasks. Making a lot of extra feed today in case I do play. If I opt out it will al sell quickly. During normal derbies the feed task and collecting from animals are the very least of tasks I will do. Anybody else going to set this one out because of the theme?

If u derby for the column prizes and don't care about placing top 3, I don't see why anyone would sit this out...unless ur derby-themed out. Just because certain tasks are worth more doesn't mean I'm going to do them. I'll do whatever tasks I feel comfortable doing and let the chips fall where they may in the end. Why would I let SC dictate what tasks I should take just because they are worth more? I did all 320 and a 380 sugarcane task last derby, collected my permits, puzzle pieces and called it a week :)

@ level 18, the derby house opens. $2,500 . derby starts/ends Monday mornings @ 4 A.M. U can't enter the derby until during the break on Mondays.

i don't know about you, gpoppyz, but I have been doing well just taking my normal tasks. There are plenty in my hood doing the big ones.

i would go stir crazy if I was not in the derby.

Besides, all of my goats, chickens and sheep are retired and I won't bring them out!

I guess it depends if you feel like a week 'off' or not. I think you can work around Rosie, you'll just need to chop & change what you ask her to do, you won't need to turn her right off. I'd keep her going on Eggs & Milk at 20/60 mins, then it won't matter if she has just collected from them, it's not long to wait.
