I think you're missing out by not maxing your BK since it really doesn't take much, but not a huge loss I suppose. Upgrade your lab with 1 builder then use the other 2 for building your new defenses that unlock (WT/AT/AD) and leveling them to catch up with your other ones. Since their costs are relatively cheap and upgrade times are short to start with it'll give you plenty of time to get a few walls going if you want. Once those are caught up then continue with the normal upgrade progression.
With one builder do lab, with second gold and elixir storage, and you can do mortar.

Upgrade lab first and build new defences then upgrade splash and cc
Try building your own
Just remember to put mortard and wiz tower and ad in triangle and cc in middle
