Reporting - Global Mods

I, like many others have been a victim of unfair and unreasonable chat reporting which has lead to me not being able to recruit for 24 hours. I have also seen Daddy's recent thread on the chat reporting and I have come up with an idea. Don't bag it if it doesn't work but here we go...

Could there be Global Mods that have the ability to ban people instead of letting others report others?
Similar to Forum mods there would always be some on, patrolling for bad behaviour. This would also remove people that use accent letters to escape from the stars! There would need to be a lot of Mods however, I don't know how many global chat servers there are but I know its a whole lot more than 2 or 3...

It would be a good idea if supercell didn't need to hire 500 people :/ but good thinking.

As would I, I actually stumbled upon this link looking for information, expecting that there was already a team of chat mods. This would be an amazing implementation to have a group of people who apply for it then are basically a regular player but with the power to mute and temp-mute. All in all this is a group idea.
