We Win 6 of 7 Wars, Looking for Those Who Can Follow Instructions
About us:
- Current Record 360-65-5 (85% win rate)
- Wars run constantly, usually starting around 1100 EDT.
- We take wars seriously, but we don't put a lot of pressure on members, or deride people for failed attacks. We do, however, run our wars tightly. Before each war a mail is sent out with an attack order. We start with our lowest TH members, and have them work from the bottom up. Once the player directly in front of you has made his/her attacks, then you can make yours.
- We're a level 13 clan, and as such, enjoy all the perks that being level 10+ bestows.
- Just because we war constantly, doesn't mean that we aren't fully conducive to farming and trophy pushing. Donations are plentiful, and you get what you ask for.
- Our core has been together for years, and contains skilled players. Just reading our clan chat will help improve a lot of players' games.
- Ranks are earned, and not just given out. Be reliable, show value, and promotion will be yours. Beg for donations or ask to be promoted, and you may as well move onto the next clan.
About you:
- You can read and communicate clearly in English. English is the only acceptable language for clan chat.
- You have a willingness to learn. We're happy to coach, but you have to be happy to learn. Of course, if you're already god's gift to CoC, we'll take that too. But really, as long as you can follow instructions and are reliable, we can work with you from there. Seriously, if you can follow war instructions on who to hit, and do so in a timely fashion, that's like 80% of the battle right there, and will likely lead to you collecting lots of war wins. If your attacks regularly fail, we may sit you until you practice enough to get up to snuff. Though that's unusual, and as far as we ever need to take it. We have yet to kick anyone for incompetence.
- We prefer older members. There's not a hard age requirement, but if you're 14, and we can tell you're 14, this isn't going to end well.
- As a TH8 or lower, you are available at the start of war to get your hits in. 9s should be available in the first 8 hours. 10s and 11s should be comfortable holding their attacks to see how the war plays out. If this schedule won't work for you, it's best if we just move on.
About your base. It is either:
- An engineered/defenseless base. We love these!
or
- An 8.5/9.5/10.5. We love these too!
or
- Traditional TH8 or lower. We're not prejudiced against lowbies.
or
- Any traditional base where the defense hasn't outpaced your offense. Here are some guidelines*:
TH9:
L1 crossbows: 25 hero levels + max troops/spells for at least one war army composition
L2 crossbows: 45 hero levels + max troops/spells for multiple army compositions
L3 crossbows: 60 hero levels + max troops/spells for multiple army compositions
TH10:
L1 infernos: 65 hero levels + max troops spells for at least one war army composition
L2 infernos: 75 hero levels + max troops/spells for multiple army compositions
L3 infernos: 80 hero levels + max troops/spells for multiple army compositions
TH11:
L1 eagle artillery: 95 hero levels + max troops spells for at least one war army composition
L2 eagle artillery: 110 hero levels + max troops/spells for multiple army compositions
*Obviously, these are just guidelines. I leave it as an exercise for the reader to interpolate what we'd expect from those who have built, say, only one inferno tower, or who have mismatched levels. Also, we may be more strict than the guidelines suggest. For example, if you're a TH11 with level 5 infernos, but no eagle artillery, we're still going to expect you to have a very developed offense.
