is there a secret trick to get land deeds? i have 11 mallets 3 stakes and no deeds since unlocking expansions. New to the game so dont really know much about the game yet.
I seem to get most of my land deeds from the town people that I fully serve. And from feeding my pets.
Since you said you are new, please take a few moments to read the "New to HayDay?" Sub forums. You will find lots of great info there.
Good advice from Momscar. I have found that it's completely random. Right now I have tons of deeds and mallets but only a few stakes. It's different for everyone. My advice would be to wheat a lot and work the town once you've opened it up. Always check mystery boxes to see if they are free.
Every farm has one LEM (land expansion material), SEM (silo expansion material) & BEM (barn expansion material) that they get least of. You can either sell your excess (for MAX!) in your RSS (road side stall) or trade, either within your NH (if permitted) or on the Trading Thread

All of the advice mentioned is excellent. I would highly suggest especially if you are new to use the trading thread. I wish I knew about this when I started. There you will be able to get land deeds and unlock your farm very quickly.
