8 dragon attack strategy

Hey guys. I'm at about 2250 trophies right now and am stuck with my current strategy. I heard that the 8 drag attack does well until 2500-ish. Can someone give me the strategy for that attack? Like the placements and what to do with the lightning's? Thanks in advance!

If your th9 I would suggest the baloon-minion army.

I personally found drags dont work too well against inferno towers.
