Elder Chat

There needs to be an elder chat function so elders can discuss ideas without normal members seeing.

I wish there was a function like this also. It could be a tab next to the clan chat. It hasn't been ruled out on the sticky so hopefully there's a possibility of this happening. It's tiring to be switching between glassboard, Kik and clan chat.
