I've never gotten a movie ticket/diamonds.

Am I the only person who has never seen the movie ticket that gives diamonds if you watch a little video? My sister says she gets them sometimes 3 times a day. Other friends say they get them regularly too. I've never gotten one. Ever. And believe me, I've been on the lookout for it.

Has anyone figured out the reason why some get them & some don't? Is there something I need to reset or settings I should have to allow movie tickets?

I got one the first 2 days I had them. Then, nothing for 3 months. Haven't seen one since then.

_{I have never got a movie ticket either. I read somewhere (here or on Facebook, I can't remember) that only a limited number of players get them, although it seems that number has increased lately. I'm not one of them, sadly... :(}

I had the ticket when I first started playing and it was awesome since you could earn a couple of free diamonds a day that way and got to preview new apps you may not have heard about before - HOWEVER - AS SOON as I purchased a diamond pack that nice little ticket disappeared and haven't seen it since. Random? I think not. I have emailed a couple of times asking about getting it back but have received no reply from Supercell. Seems to me like it is a teaser to get you to want more diamonds and once you buy any - boom - they hooked you and no more free ones for you. Could be wrong but it could NOT have been random that the ticket disappeared AS SOON as I bought those diamonds. Won't ever buy anymore that's for sure.

No, not the only one. I've gotten two to three a day since we started playing, but my husband got none until after we'd played for a couple of months.

Definitely not the only one. I've been playing since February and have never had one either. Think it's random and limited:)

I BOUGHT A COUPLE OF PACKAGES AND NOW I DONT RECEIVE THEM ANYMORE. REALLY FRUSTRATING AND UNFAIR, I PLAY ON AND OFF DAILY :mad:

I have my daily tickets (4 tickets a day) from beginning until level 60. after I purchased diamonds for the first time, BOOM. The next day onwards I have never seen a ticket until now. :(. I
