Gem storages and Gem Collectors Idea

you only get at th 7, 1 storage 1 collector per base, costs 2000000 to buy the Collector and Storage. You can only get the storage at th 7, and the collector at th 8. You can steal gems from players but only 0.1 of the storages loot, and only 2 per 12 hours. Thank you! comment down below!

Would this count even though you already have the TH7 and the TH8

Hello, and welcome to the forums! Unfortunately, gem collectors are already ruled out. I also don't want anyone stealing my gems.:D
