New troop : Mystical dwarf

NEW IDEA ON A NEW TROOP


Well I was thinking of a new troop I was going through the forums around and I saw the "The level 100 wizard art contest" while I was looking at the pictures I found this one which interested me the most .

As you can see the picture shows a wizard which kinda looks like a Dwarf to me , it looks like he's control and element like fire or something then I though to myself that maybe Supercell should add a new troop Called "Mystical Dwarf" or something else if anyone can come with something better. But anyways this troop could slow down defenses for 10 seconds and to make this a fair troop once it hits a defense it goes onto another defense it slows down that defense for 10 seconds and so on. The hit points will have the exact same health as a healer and this troop would cost 6500 Elixer. This is my idea for a new troop guys ! Hope you like it and give thanks and credit to GEMBUK for the picture guys 

LEVEL1

DAMAGE PER SECOND: 5
HOUSING SPACE: 20
TRAINING TIME: 10mins
MOVEMENT SPEED: 16

LEVEL2

DAMAGE PER SECOND : 7
HOUSING SPACE: 20
TRAINING TIME: 10mins
MOVEMENT SPEED: 16

How much would it slow down defenses by? 50%?

Sorry my bad , but yeah it would slow down like the freeze spell

When you say "slow down", do you actually mean "slow down" or "completely stop"? Because a Freeze Spell completely stops, not slows down.

Oh freeze spell complete stops it ? Hmm yeah the defense would slow down by 50% that's not too much is it ?

I don't honestly like the idea as a whole.But,if it was put into the game,I would use it.

Needs a bit more detail but its an okay idea
