I disagree, I accidentally spent 12 diamonds on a tree by accident even with their double click protection. I will NEVER EVER pay for diamonds again with it being this easy to lose real money by accident. The same as I wouldn't put my money in an unsafe bank, I need to know my funds are safe when I put them somewhere. In Hay Day they're not, so no more.Quote:

A couple of apologies in advance:
* I (like most of us), love Hay Day, so whilst I'll be mentioning a lot of things I would like to see improved, please know it's in the spirit of constructive feedback and overall I'm a happy HD player. I really do appreciate the opportunity to be able to raise some of my thoughts (you don't often get this opportunity with many games); and
* I know some of the things I'm about to suggest have already been mentioned in this thread. I'm repeating again to show my agreement.
Like many posters in this thread, I would prefer for the current functionality to be improved rather than new features. Some of the improvements I would like to see include:
Time-wasters:
I'll start off with the "Why" with these ones. It takes almost an hour to "set-up" each time I leave or return from Hay Day for a period of time (sleep, work, social, family, etc.), so I dread new time-consuming features/products being introduced. The following "Whats" all take up, what I feel is, unnecessary time. By themselves they are fine, but with everything else we do in the game, it adds up; and takes away from things we would rather be doing. As an added bonus, the performance of HD may also be improved.
So now to the "Whats":
* Advertising RSS: don't default sales to "advertising";
* Planting bushes and trees: plant multiples at once (similar to what you can do in layout mode);
* Pop-up window for Barn, Silo and Shop (and maybe others): go to the point on the page last visited and have a button to go to the top or bottom of the window (newspaper as well) so you don't have to scroll each time (especially for mobile players);
* Revivals: click once instead of three times after someone has revived your tree or bush;
* Shop: show stored (decorations etc.) items first;
* Tom: instruct Tom once (instead of twice). Either have the ability to say how many of the item you want at the beginning or have Tom automatically fetch 9/10 of the required item;
* Town team-mate navigation: fix the navigation so you don't have to go back to your town between visiting team-mates' towns;
* Town team-mate sort: sort team-mates by the ones who have visitors for the longest or, by who has the most visitors, instead of by level;
* Town visitors: less repeated animation on the characters e.g. actress and cowboy; and
* Visiting people you know: when visiting a team-mate or friend's farm, navigate straight to the area of their road-side shop.
More user friendly:
The frequency of user error is way too high for unintentional diamond usage and deleting own derby tasks, which means the user interface needs to be improved. For the derby trashing, having the warning message a different colour for working tasks and/or having a description (picture/text) of the task you're trashing in the warning message, may help to reduce accidental deletions of current tasks. Alternatively, have a setting (Adv. Setting) enabling/disabling own task trashing / diamond usage.
Chat:
* Better communication within teams: Increase the maximum of 99 messages and give each player a notice board. We shouldn't (and my team doesn't) have to use external messaging apps (e.g. Kik, WhatsApp, Viber, Line, Messenger (Facebook)) to play a game;
* Offensive words censor: Allow the individual player to choose if they want a filter applied for offensive words. Often the words censored aren't offensive and it can make communication frustrating;
* Send a notification (optional in Adv. Settings) to leaders and co-leaders when a person requests to join or leaves a hood; and
* Send a notification (optional in Adv. Settings) to "page" team-mates.
Eye Strain:
Fog: remove or reduce the winter fog. It hurts the eyes (not a matter of taste). During Halloween it is cute, but it's too much of an eye strain for long periods.
Farm train board:
Train arrival: Show the time until the next time arrives.
Glitches:
* Champions League Score Breakdown: The 4 week score breakdown has been flickering for a long time; and
* Town Visitors: sometimes a town visitor won't leave until you select the building, no matter how many times you select them.
Neighbourhood Search:
League: show which league the neighbourhood is in (and perhaps the champion league ranking), so potential new players are more likely to be the right fit.
Testing:
I understand Supercell is a small team and I truly do appreciate all they do; however there has been a lot of problems lately. Supercell is extremely profitable, so can they hire more testers if they are understaffed?
Forum:
* Search: improve the search on the forum. As a minimum, have check boxes to show which game you want to search in on the basic search so that the search results are more meaningful; and
* Likes: Often people raise good ideas in the forum but it's hard to show your support. Also, people have some ideas the majority of Hay Dayers don't want, but they voice it the loudest and Supercell hears it and thinks that's want the community wants. By having a like/agree/disagree on posts, Supercell will more easily be able to identify what the Community actually thinks, instead of what the passionate players/squeaky wheels are requesting.
Windows:
Release Hay Day on Windows. Granted Android and iPhone are the biggest companies used for mobile phones, however, I would like to sometimes have a break from having to play on my phone (eye strain). Having to buy a new tablet/iPad for a game isn't reasonable, no matter how much I love it. Please Supercell reconsider this big market opportunity.

I'd like to see the load times between the farm and fishing zone and town improved. It's really annoying to have to wait 10-15 to get back to the town when I was just there. Cache it or something.
Also, please increase the drops that come from longer to grow crops so that we don't have to wheat/corn all the time to get ahead.

Problem no. 1
Slots which can be Increased by Diamonds. The Cost of 6 diamonds for each slot must be Cheaper I think 2 diamonds. Because It's too expensive for each slot.
Problem no. 2
When ever We collect Primary products from animals That is Eggs Milk And Pork Meat from Chickens Cows And pigs. (During the time of collecting), the Barn meter and Silo meter of Storage Hides the Respective Farms Field. So when We Go to feed them after The Collection. The meter Does not let's us to do.

Has this been mentioned? Probably yes, but if not, please allow me to buy shop items/decs when in edit mode. I'm one of the saddos that like to make their farms look nice but it's frustrating when I'm shuffling stuff about, realise I could do with some flowers/trees/paving, as an example, but need to come out of edit mode to buy.
Sometimes, I don't know what I want until I get into edit mode so it would be useful to have the ability to purchase whilst in edit.
Would also be useful to plant new bushes whilst in edit mode too.
And, am I the only one that hasn't figured out how to access stored decs when in edit in town/sanctuary areas? Even when I have stuff in inventory, it shows me nothing?
Personally I'd love to see both hood and friends merged so that when I'm nosing through shops, I can just go thru them all in one hit instead of changing tabs.
Friends allows me to systematically go thru shops but with hood mates I have to click on each member individually. Or am I doing something wrong?
I want a tenth production slot! I'm sitting on a mountain of diamonds and I need to put them to good use.
Adjust the times on some products: jams, chocolates, jellybeans, feathers, lobsters, lobster trap, duck trap
More fishing spots. Separate machine for duck trap.
Speed up time on townie animations or if they are done but waiting in front of building they don't count as being in town. Increase number of people in town and add more to be dropped off when train arrives.
You have Mountain Of diamonds And You are willing to use It. Could you please Tell how We can earn higher reward of diamonds. Coz im a new Farmer with 50 diamonds only and I dont think I can get diamonds easilyQuote:
