Any program is allowed as long as the size is 500x100. Both png and jpeg is allowed.

You should do some cleaning, check with some to see if they will still do signatures. Maybe some retired, so we wouldn't want them to be bothered.

Of course you are, it is not compulsary for someone to request from a signature maker, it is just for those who dont know how to make one or just can't be bothered making their own
