Yeah, do that. I love attacking bases that I have already attacked 100 times. :)
So we are all in agreement! People who don't like it don't have to use it, and people who are lazy like me can spend gems buying pre-configured layouts.
And let players upload their own base designs to the layout "store", and earn some gems if people buy them! Win-win-win.
And I should also be able to buy 3* attacks? Come on, this is what the game is about, attack and building the base layout. I can totally understand what you're saying, but imo this should never be the case.
No, we're not. My issue with it isn't that you're lazy, my issue is that it's totally impractical. Asking Supercell to create several bases per week (as they're easily dismantled online) for you to use is insane. There's no way. And allowing others to upload to the store would make it far worse. Do you know how much garbage there would be? And that's assuming you could even get the store to load with as many bases as it would have to pull up.
It's like a Rube Goldberg machine for base building. You want to do one relatively simple task, but you're asking for a bunch of people to do a whole lot of work on a whole lot of new niche features so that you don't have to. And that's without a guarantee that it would be successful anyway.
Spending just a couple of hours per year on base building are all you need. And to be honest, you'd spend less time doing that than perusing the nightmare of a store you want
Ah, come on. I don't think SC should do it, I think if they offer a gem "commission" to the person who designed the layout if people buy it, that'd get people to put in the time to make them. It'd basically be like any app store, good ones would float to the top. This is a simple problem to solve.Quote:

Incredible we are here both using it somehow! I wonder how they solved that problem.
One more thing:

This is how the world works. Some people take pleasure in making things, others find it more convenient to pay someone else to do it.
I want to eat muffins for breakfast (simple task). But I don't like baking. So I "ask" a bunch of people to do a "whole lot of work" (bake muffins) so I can buy them. This is called a bakery.
Bottom line, I think adding this feature would increase the time people spend in the game by (1) people who enjoy making bases and want to build bases for sale to earn gems would spend more time that way, and (2) people who enjoy attacking but dislike spending the time to craft a base layout can spend their gems and play more frequently.
I really don't get why this is so controversial, it's a completely optional concept that I think many players like me (who I've spoken to in person) agree would be be a welcome addition.
