I'm part of eV Phoenix (#88VJL99Q), and we are trying to rebuild the clan. As of now we only have 6 members involved ranging from Town Hall 3 to 10. When we hit the minimum of 10 clashers to start wars, you bet we will. eV Phoenix strives to be more of a casual war clan however, we also look to win.
