Why hasn't this been implemented yet? This is great and I see no reason for supercell not to implement it. They could just tweak on the quests and the rewards to balance everything out. Its way more likely for players to play every day with this!
I mean... almost 300 pages of support. A lot of time has passed since this idea was posted and it still gets attention.

So disappointed this hasn't been implemented in the game. Clan wars are great but the rewards leave you reliant on having decent clan mates, which are hard to find. With quests, you would be rewarded for your own skills. This would be huge for Clash, and has been top of my wishlist ever since I read the first post way, way back. Come on, Supercell!

I hate to say this on possibly the most popular thread, but as cool as it looks with all the pictures and detail, this idea might just be unnecessary since we already have little achievements to go for. The regular ones. I mean SC could add a lot more achievements if they wanted to. This idea just brings more rewards, bigger rewards that might make other players much stronger than others quite fast. Just imagine how much server lag this would cause. A simple waterfall that used to be on the side of the base was taken out because of the in-game lag it was causing. Probably why this idea won't work. Too much... Getting more and more things to do every day,week,month,Holiday, might make the game even less enjoyable since there would be too much to do if the quests don't get completed every day,week,month, Holiday, and just build up. This would make the game run much slower. Look at other games like CoC with quests, the games aren't smooth.Quote:

I will also agree with this point. However, the fountain was added in the clash from the beginning and was then removed due to the issues it caused, but the point about it is that it was not added afterwards, just that clash overestimated the power of the devices which will run the app, therefore they ended up with having to remove some of the graphics. Now, after 3 years, I'd say they are much more experienced in what they are doing and if it'd be to add the quests system, I am sure they would take lag causes into consideration this time. As for the gems, I am also sure they will take all the precautions for the new updates not to lower their profit since that's every company's goal.. to have high profits. I cannot read all 272 pages but IMO most of these quests are not realistic and more importantly they are not brand new idea:
1- donating troops is really unrealistic. other than the size and level of the clan the troops lvl of the donator is important factor. Also it is not a brand new idea.
2- attacking and revenging people is highly depend on attacker troops level, league and many other things. It is not realistic and it is not brand new idea too.
3- destroying or defending one building is not brand new too and it is really boring
4- the loot award for doing quests is good but also it is highly depend on player troops lvl and TH.
IMO the only quest that make sense for me is an attacking and defending quest like these:
1- attack a base which is selected for you by supercell. just like clan wars but it would be an individual base.
you click on quest and it search for finding a match then you have 6 hours to train an army to attack it.
2- attack your own base with your own troops. still dont know how it is possible to avoid exploiting.
3- defend against an army created by supercell. this army can attack you at any time even when you are online. you will be disconnected and have to see your live replay. Bad news for farmers with TH outside. Still dont know how supercell can simulate attacking a base!!!

Can tell you put alotmwork into this. And I myself want a quest system. This will add a lot more fun into the game. Clash will slowly die out of it stays like this.

Though, i think that having 20ish balloons on that side of the map might be too heavy, so maybe one balloon for each type of quests is enough. I mean, the balloon should appear when there are quests available and disappear when there aren't, this for each periodic quest. That way you would have a max of 4 balloons floating SW of your base (daily, weekly, monthly and holiday). But this only concerns the visual part so... :)

First of all thank you for putting a lot of effort in this thread.
I really love this idea. Currently we have only two things to do in Clash of clans, attacking others base and doing clan war. If this idea will be implemented in game we get something new to engage. We will get a new reson to play clash of clans daily.
I hope supercell will add this in game soon. I would love to see it next update.

Honestly, I didnt read it all, but i got the basic idea... I dont think SC wud listen but I LOVE the idea... Helps boost activity and rewards clashers for their activity.

Amazing Ideas, Cant believe SC havent implemented it. Some people are saying the game is dying, well this would sure fix that. Who knows, maybe this is the reason SC are taking so long to release a new update. Really hope we see this in the near future

Supercell announced a big update coming in the future. Hopefully this gets implemented.

Clash needs something to going on daily, weekly something like that. I mean SC makes Boom Beach which has all kinds of events that pop in and out of your world that just keeps the game fun.

I love the idea. Specially the spinning wheel. Would definitely remove some game monotony by adding this.

I don't believe everything associated within the thread may be implemented in the next upcoming update, but due to the immense support, I believe SC has considered adding something like this that everyone may enjoy.
Let's just wait and see, This is the most supported idea on the forums- More than likely will there be a feature introduced that was formed from the main idea of this thread.
