Ok. I have a question. If I spin the wheel and land on DE, what if my clanmates don't have DE storages?
This is amazing. I think that this may be one of the best ideas I've ever read on this forum. This fixes many of the common requests you see! (boredom, mini games, something different, extra $, etc...) If implemented it would give that spark that clash of clans needs in order to bring it to the next level. It would hook me even more, and get many worn out clashers back to the game! I honestly hope that sc puts this is. Thanks for all of your great work mastermind!

And very good question Nelly! The clan mates who don't have a DE storage would not get anything in your scenario. OR Supercell could make it so gold was rewarded to them instead, but a very minor amount. Although I don't think they should receive anything since it should specifically be DE.

I am relatively new to COC and this is by far the best idea I have seen posted. I read the forums quite often too. I like how you have included difficulty of quests to both areas, Trophy count and Town Hall size. I was thinking about a prize that would be very rare.. maybe add it to the wheel as a very small section. Thus making it very rare and hard to land on. The prize would be a bag/pouch of regular gems. The amount in the bag/pouch would vary as it would be calculated on a multiplier type counter that starts at say 5 or 10 and runs upward to say top amount available in a single purchase, ( I do not recall what that amount is, sorry) .
Basically if a player does land on that spot a big green gem appears and the player can tap it to start the counter, it randomly goes through the numbers of minimum to maximum at lightning speed and will stop randomly or when the player stops it, which ever system is chosen to activate and stop...it can be automatic or manual. I personally think its an idea that could boost non-gem paying customers incentive to play and try to win a good amount of gems. Thus if won helping them move further along and advancecreating more competition in the game.
Again love your idea here and an awesome job. You got my vote to implement it into COC. Thanks for sharing.
