Sad thing is that it would take 10 years for Supercell to add this. Remember when clash of clans didnt have clan wars?
And supercell likes to make small, stupid updates so dont put your hopes up!
Sorry, but I still feel that these ideas (1) change the thematic nature of the game and (2) are more exploitable than you give credit for.
List of Daily Quests
Donation Quests
- This is already covered by Friend in Need achievement and promotes a certain style of play (join and ♥♥♥♥ clans). Now, I've got to put up with players in my clan dumping archers on every request to complete their quest, rather than giving me what I actually want. No thanks!
Attacking Quests
- Trophy Pile = Sweet Victory already covers this, as does increased League Bonuses.
- Mobster = Tough to get Revenge attacks in since so many are behind shield / online. What counts as an attack? Drop 1 barbarian? What if I drop to a low league with my TH out to get sniped by weak bases, then steamroll them?
- Little Dipper = Exploitable by dropping into a lower league.
- Big Dipper = Exploitable by dropping into a lower league.
- Andromeda = Exploitable by dropping into a lower league.
- First Time = Exploitable by dropping into a lower league.
Resource Quests
- Loot is its own reward.
Troop Quests
- All exploitable by dropping trophies.
Specific Defense Destroying Quests
- These are all a natural part of raiding, or already covered by achievements.
Defense Quests
- This will result in stupid base designs, and is very hard to control.
Random Quests
- Random is right. All of these are natural things that happen playing the game.
Here are some different positive aspects that would happen with these Quests:
- Donation Quests will promote clan unity/participation and add to the social/community experience, which in my opinion is the key aspect of Clash of Clans.
<Donations happen anyway. I don't see any value here. If anything, it rewards players for donating a specific troop they want to give away, not donating what their clan mate requests.>- Troop Quests will promote use of different troop combinations, in the hopes of adding more dynamic gameplay to the user experience.
<No. It will promote finding weaker bases to hit with weaker troops.>- Defense Quests will promote different base designs, which will fit in nicely with the new Base Builder mode. For instance, in the Not My Builders! quest where you cannot have any of your Builder's Huts destroyed in a certain amount of hours, you may re-design part of your base to protect those huts for a few hours. Most of the defense quests make you protect things normally put outside your walls, such as Spell Factories and Laboratories. It will add variance and a little fun to the game (for those that want to do the Quests)!
<Just, no. The game is about protecting resources and trophies. The easiest way to do this is to set the "protected" buildings off to the side, since there's no value in destroying them (unless going for 3 stars).

"Persian--Three star x amount of bases with 70.0% or less of your max army size. (Ex. 140/200)
Athenian--Three star x amount of bases with 50.0% or less of your max army size. (Ex. 100/200)
Spartan--Three star x amount of bases with 30.0% (see what I did there ;)) or less of your max army size. (Ex. 60/200)"
<ALL promote nexting to find weak bases to wipe with your weak army. Promotes Royals and Spells.
From Majesty, page 27:
-Get 15 archers killed by a single mortar shot;
-Engage and win a 1v1 Barbarian King versus Barbarian King battle;
-Get 3 or more giants thrown in the air with a single Spring Trap;
-Get 20 or more barbarians killed by a single Giant Bomb;
-Make a giant step on a Sunflower Bed, 10 times."
<How are these quests? Waste of time and resources to do silly stuff that is not in line with the theme of the game.
TL/DR: The theme of the game is about gaining resources through mining/raiding other villages for their stuff to improve your own town. These "quests", IMHO, do not fit thematically with the core theme of the game.
