Free from engineered base in friendly war.

There are so many complaints about engineered base; can clash of clans make some change in the friendly war feature and make all defense and troop max of the TH level? Say, the base on friendly war map has max of everything and whatever level of troop a player has, when he brings them to attack they're max. Kind of like Clash royale friendly battle where the play field is levelled.

Some of the possible advantage I see from this idea are:
1) Those who are fed up from being matched with engineered clans can take a break and enjoy fair war for once (even if it may not give you bonus, it will be a nice break).
2) Doing a tournament type event with our family clans or friends' clans will be much easier.

I'd like to know if anyone has more ideas related to this or if anyone can think of more advantages or disadvantages of this idea. Thanks!
