How lucky was that? What was the chance that some guy saves up a spell for 10 months and then just drops it on some other guy who just happened to be a forumer and posted it for me to see at this very moment?

My best guess would be an inactive coming back...otherwise, why use it now for such little gain?

It could be that he/she stopped playing back when the spell existed, and moved to an android device. Now they can use said Android device they've hooked it up from the iOS village and carried on.
