Considering you can't even change it a second time, no, you can't.

Nope, Supercells decision is final. They will not change your name again unless your name is offensive or vulgar (basically inappropriate)
You are only given a chance to create a name at the very begginning of the game and later at TH5 where you can CHANGE your name, ONCE and ONCE only.
