New hero (goblin king)

I was thinking it would be cool if a goblin king was added. Either that or a super minion. My ideas for a goblin king is it spawns goblins similarly to a witch spawning skeletons. Obviously they couldn't have the same methods as a witch, or that would be overpowered, but possibly make it so that the goblins stand with him so that he can still be targeted. A super minion is self explanatory.

We need more details, such as DPS and HP. And cost.

Any type of new Hero isn't on the ruled out sticky list but it's been mentioned that there wont be any new Hero's implemented into the game.
