Being one of the older ones, its not really something that appeals to me.
You can actually share tell your clanmates to share their attack replays and from there you can learn strategies.
Or you could have a look at the, erm, 1million Clash channels on Youtube? :smirk:

And what do you show on Clash TV? You can show decent attacks from TH7 and upper.
But how about TH4 attacks, for example? What do you show, a glorious TH4 attack with barbarians and giants?
Excluding some THs is not Supercell's style, who includes everything and everyone, everywhere.
A feature that lets you watch your clan mates raids in real time would be fun.

You have lot of options to learn such as
Youtube, shared replays, forum and the best thing is clan wars- you can learn best strategies according to your town hall.
Join a clan where you find players of your TH lvl, you'll find best and different attacking strategies.
