Global replay list

I'm just a townhall 7 and it'll probably be a long while before I can ever get in on some high level gameplay. I'd love to see high townhall replays without having to go to youtube, so my idea was to have a global replay list that anyone could watch.

Instead of it getting spammed with terrible or low level replays (or boring th snipes / de lightning), perhaps there could be thresholds on the number you could post to it (1 a day), or limited to people in the champion league since they are trophy climbing anyways and likely have the best replays (very subjective opinion, I know).

It would also be nice if replays could have a comment thread associated with them to hear people's opinion of the replay, which could be moderated / shut down by the original poster of the replay.

If its a replay share feature like for clans, it sounds cool. I probably wouldn't use it, but its a nice idea.
