I cannot link my CoC account to Google play so that i can move my old account onto my new phone because the account on my tablet i am on is restricted. I cannot find a way to unrestrict it nor a way to move my old account to my new phone. Please help
Ask your parents to remove the restrictions so that you can.
I'm allowed to. But i don't think it's possible to remove it. Even from main account...
What is the restriction saying or what step do you get stuck at?
Are you linking from Android to Android or Android to iOS?

Android to android. The old device that the account i want to move onto my new phone is a tablet. On it you can create multiple accounts, my big brother had one and i had one, but my big bro restricted my account because i was young then. The restriction prevents me from doing certain things, including signing in to Google play.
On my nexus you can choose to add accounts. One for the owner and more for other people to share it. When you add an account you can choose to make it restricted, preventing them from doing certain things. My CoC account is on a restricted nexus account, preventing me from logging into Google play.
Sounds like you need to contact Whoever makes your device and find out how to remove the restrictions. I would start with a google search.
it means that the account in your old device is still not signed in by a google play. and there are several privileges preventing you to stop using the google account. Right?

Try looking at Google play settings, parental control. You would have to use an account that doesn't have these restrictions.
But i don't have the same CoC account on the main account with no restrictions. If i create a CoC account on my unrestricted account it makes a new one
If you are restricted from using GP is your game connected to it? Your brother needs to remove your restrictions.
If it were easy for a restricted account to remove the restrictions, then it fails as a parental control.
The tablet it mine now and i have access to all accounts. But i cannot unrestrict it. Ive googled it, but nothing. And I've had a look around
The easiest way then might be to email support in game and request your account be linked to your new email. They will ask a bunch of questions and it may take a couple of days. During that time you might not be able to play so don't plan on being in wars(just in case you can't attack).
