The game only runs on iOS, even if they have an android device, it would have to be operating iOS. So the idea is pointless. Besides, Supercell stated they will never make an Android version of the game!
Where have you been? Supercell announced at their fan meet up in September they would be releasing clash for android. Since then they've done a soft release to a few countries and now a worldwide release. I've been playing the game on my android phone for over a week now.
