We are a small but super helpful, friendly, team orientated and polite hood. We love derbies and the game. We take only 320 × 10, and we do pretty well in champions league. We usually finish our tasks by the end of day 2. There are no other rules and, as much as we love winning derbies and prizes, we see hay day as a game for fun. The only unacceptable matters are arrogancy and spoilt drama queens, since we are a very friendly hood. Right now we have only 2 players active in derbies and are looking for 2 more, levels 45 -55. The Wicked Witches (Tag 9PJQ88QG) is a friendly, helpful competitive derby team. Since we have created, we have only lost twice. We have built a great team and would like to add a few more players to complete our team. We are looking for a dedicated team player. We want derby players, who will do all tasks at 310 or above. 10th is optional, but great if willing to do it to help place. We are looking for team players, who play as a we and not a me player. We expect you to help out just as much as you ask for help. We always have someone to provide the items we need, whether its boat, town, or you just need it because you are low. Many of us are chatty players, so usually someone to talk to. We also have players who dont chat often. If you are looking for a great team and are a team player, please send me a message!

***Derby participation is NOT required! Read below for requirements we do have :)***
The Do's and Don'ts of our neighborhood:
- Be a chatty neighbor!
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Do the required amount of tasks for the week if you are opted into the derby!
- Speak English FLUENTLY
- Opt out if you wish not to participate or cannot finish all required tasks!
- Be friendly and helpful, as others will be to you!
- Share and say please and thank you
- Have Fun!!!
Don't:
- Be greedy
- Be a moocher
- Cause drama
- have broken English - chatting and communication is important!
- be quiet ( we are chatty!)
- Be rude to fellow neighbors
- Not finish all required derby tasks
* Any of these above don'ts are subject to a warning and eventual removal if the problem persists.
Clarification Regarding the Derby:
- The required number of tasks will vary depending on how many people are opted into the derby. Many hands make light work! :)
- Only 300+ point tasks are allowed
- All members are at least elder status to help trash low level tasks
- We only require everyone to work toward all horseshoe goals. We usually end up getting a top 3 placing in the process.
- If someone does not complete the required amount of tasks required of each person, they will be removed right before the derby ends and then allowed back into the neighborhood.

I was tired of my inactive neighborhood so I created my own!!!
Looking for like-minded, generous Level 35+ members who are active in derby. Don't have to be chatty but must participate in the derby (preferably 250+ tasks, but not firm because we do all have lives!) and be willing to trade expansion materials as well. Just want to be able to play, earn lots of gold cups and expand our farm/towns quickly! Rules may change has the neighborhood grows!
