Same here. I kept thinking I had a corrupted install somehow.

To be honest...."Security Measure" is a ♥♥ reason. There is no security issue with those files because any change to them would cause game to not work. SC just doesn't like people snooping around. At least "modifications" still work which make the game MUCH more enjoyable.Quote:

Yea. Using the CSV was a sort of a big deal for me because I used those in conjunction with some excel files I made to tell me what I should upgrade next. It is a nice little system I made which calculates the most return on the investment. Based on most % of increase. So I am just disappointed that my system will not be able to "keep up" with all the new stuff that SC puts out. Unless I choose to manually enter the new items.Quote:

The Wikki is the place to go for information on the game stats it's all there - trust me messing with the game files isn't a worthwhile endeavour.
