Two finally -- I'm not sure I've had two in one derby in months.... (I don't reshuffle)
I'm fairly certain I've gotten two in a regular derby. They really need to increase these rewards. Ugh.

I only needed one to finish expansion, does anyone know what happens to permits? They don't show in the barn!
