Really? Lets start with a verifiable data from coc API: according to Cocp.it, an overwhelming # of clans are searching during Asia evening hours. I doubt very much these clans speak English or even are aware of this forum.

I may add, want to avoid mismatches? Do war search during Asia evening hours. This is, by far, when there is the largest pool of clans available.

India, China contributes the 28% population of the world and they have 90% of total population of Asia. During the evening times, people return from offices, from school and etc. So this time is best to search. Even, I also search at evening time. Least of them are aware of of forum, I think only about 0.5% of them knows that. 60% of them are able to speak and understand English (Not flawlessly and fluently, Some grammatical and spelling errors occurs).
20-25% knows fluent English.

99%? I totally disagree with that. If you go on global, you will find thousands non English speaking players, and most of them are Indian.

He said the ones he's played with, not the average globalite.

I find that 'statistic' to be useless though. If you're in an English speaking clan, why would you have anyone (not just Indian players) in your clan that doesn't speak English?

That's it. He told that he met 99% of the players who knew English and you said the reason already. If he goes anywhere else from his clan, he will get some players who don't even know a word of English

I spent a few years in Asia when in the military. I've also been around the whole world. One thing I can guarantee is the English language is very common. Alot of schools even require it. In all my travels I have always come across people who speak english. How that correlates to the clash community I don't know.

Fantastic thread and imo, it proves the forums are a good representation of the community. I have seen all kinds of players in the forums. People need to take the entire forum into account, not just the few subs they visit.

I have to laugh. People like arguing about the stupidest things. What % of subsistence farmers use clash forums, whether engineering is evil or merely mistaken, who is the most alpha...
